We are pleased to announce the availability of FreezerPro 2010!



A few new features:

  • New types of User Defined Fields (separator, label, time, number and auto-increment).
  • New Icon Packs - over 400 artfully designed icons to represent various sample types.
  • FreezerPro is now independently validated and certified to be fully compliant with the FDAs current GLP/GMP requirements.
  • New Advanced Search with visual query builder and Smart Folders.
  • New import engine with progress indicator and cancel option. Importing very large files now is not a problem!
  • Availability of Spanish language translation (additional cost may apply).
  • New report engine with progress indicator and cancel option. New shortcuts for any freezer, shelf, or rack to access reports quickly.
  • User Defined Fields are now separated in the reports. Option to include full storage (sample location) information in the reports.
  • Samples in the Trash Bin are no longer counted towards total number of stored samples.
  • User Guide is available in PDF format, right from the home page.
  • New Required option for User Defined Fields - users will be forced to make a selection or enter text.
  • Option to add notes for any sample or vial of a sample.
  • Support for multiple barcode printers and RFID readers in FreezerPro Enterprise.
  • Freezer Sensors Monitor is now available in FreezerPro Enterprise only. Options to record a history of sensors readings are added.
  • New multi-level permissions (Full, View Only or No Access) for any freezer or freezer subdivision in FreezerPro Enterprise.
  • New color themes (Blues in FreezerPro Standard and Executive in FreezerPro Enterprise).
  • Option to work with multiple User Defined Fields at a time.
  • Option to duplicate an existing Sample Type (when creating new sample type).
  • User can now define order of entry fields in the sample entry form.
  • Option to change Box ownership (with samples) added.
  • Sample names can now be up to 256 characters in length.
  • New Audit shortcuts for samples. Instant access to all audit records for any sample in the system.
  • New support for encrypted LDAP authentication in FreezerPro Enterprise.
  • Support for Internet Explorer 8 and other latest web browsers.
  • New FreezerPro VM admin console.
  • New high-performance FreezerPro Virtual Machine with advanced caching mechanisms.
